Mr. Nelson is Vice President at Capstone Management Services, Inc. He is responsible for overseeing investments, operations, and management for Capstone’s clients. Mr. Nelson has over 5 years of experience in all phases of the acquisition, and management of commercial and multi-family projects.

Mr. Nelson began his real estate career with Professional Real Estate Services, Inc. in Newport Beach, CA. selling commercial office properties. Subsequently, Mr. Nelson was Investment Manager for CWS Capital Partners in Austin, Texas, where he acquired and managed over $160 Million of multi-family properties. Mr. Nelson earned his BA degree from Stanford University in International Relations with an emphasis in Economics. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker.
